The 1 year IDBI Asst. Manager Recruitment is divided into 2 parts -:

• 9 Months of Classroom Training

During Both these phases, Candidates will receive different Monthly Stipend. Following are the details -:

Classroom Training Stipend

Candidates will be required to undergo a 9-month training programme after being shortlisted. They would be paid a stipend of Rs. 2,500/- per month for classroom training during the training duration.

On-Job Training (Internship) Stipend

After the classroom training, the candidates will have to go for the internship for a period of 3 months. During the internship period, they will be paid Rs.10,000/- per month.

IDBI Assistant Manager Salary Structure

Candidates will be chosen for a 9-month training term with a monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500/- and then advanced to a 3-month internship period with a monthly payment of Rs. 10,000/-. The salary scale for IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A is 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740(2)–49910–1990(7)–63840 after entering the bank as an IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A. (17 years).

• Accommodation Allowance (HRA): IDBI will provide rental convenience to the employees.
• Medical Aid: IDBI provides a fixed yearly add-up to meet clinical costs.
• Traveling Allowance: IDBI provides a fixed traveling allowance for the employees.
• Pension fund: PF facility is being provided by the bank to its employees.
